These coffees, AAA certified, are roasted moderately intensely, to balance the fruitiness and sweetness of the coffees. The coffee beans have been roasted and specially ground for a delicious pairing with ice cream. It will be best served in the following form: 1 coffee capsule (40 ml) on a handful of ice cubes (90 g). Add cold water or cold milk (90 ml) to get a nice synergy between the milk and the rich toasted cereal and woody notes of the coffee.
