Medium roast washed Mexican Robusta gives the coffee a solid body, while intensely roasted Indian Arabica gives it a woody aroma with lively bitter notes.

Cape Town Envivo Lungo is a traditional roasting method; It is prepared by dividing the beans and roasting them separately. Indian and Mexican Robustas are medium roasted; however, the coffees are then separated according to their origin for a more delicate result. Arabica beans are roasted to a higher degree for added intensity.
