Ispirazione Genova Livanto is a reflection of the profile of the coffee originating from the great northern Italian trading city of Genoa. Among all the treasures that sailors brought back from their expeditions in Latin America, we find coffee. The roasters have developed a light roast which allows the coffee to retain all its sweet aromas and which completes it by giving it classic and caramelized notes. We wanted to pay tribute to their know-how by adopting a mild roasting profile. Its acidity and slight bitter touch are due to the medium or even lighter roasting of Arabicas mainly from Brazil, Colombia and Guatemala. Hints of cocoa and spices in its delicate crema give way to a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of the comforting aroma of malt and caramel. It is a harmony of tastes and aromas, all in complexity, which exalts the thousand and one flavors and aromas discovered by the Genoese during their world tours and the way in which roasters have been able to recreate them in each cup.
