Description
ORIGIN
MASTER ORIGINS India combines monsoon coffees, grown in the highlands of India. Usually, the monsooned coffee method is applied to arabica coffee, but the monsooned robusta gives Master Origin India more body and woody notes. This process exposes the grain to the monsoon climate after it is harvested. It takes up to three months of regular bean brewing to ensure the best flavors are revealed.
ROASTING
This coffee is roasted separately: part of the beans is subjected to a medium roast and the other part to a slightly shorter roast. This roasting process, applied to this blend of Arabica and Robusta, helps to protect the unique characteristics of these coffees.
AROMATIC PROFILE
MASTER ORIGINS India Coffee with Monsooned Robusta owes its wild flavor to the unique monsooning process. When the coffee beans are exposed to the winds for months, they develop a unique, woody, fragrant, spicy flavor that is as intense and persistent as the sea air. A powerful cup. The Robusta-Arabica blend gives it its rich, syrupy body.
