Its origin : 100% Pure Arabica from Brazil. Made from unwashed Cerrado coffee beans and red & yellow Bourbon beans, hand-picked, semi-washed and sun-dried
Its roasting : Short and light for Cerrado beans (round in the mouth and toasted / cereal notes) vs. Long and stronger for Bourbon coffee beans (soft and sweet aromas)
