*We made it! These pucks are made in our workshop in Noyon (60)
*They are palm oil free to reduce saturated fatty acid content and to avoid deforestation
*No flavoring in the recipe! (no need, it's so good… we'll let you judge!)
*Like any good recipe, good ingredients: semi-complete rice flour, French eggs from free-range hens**, fair trade cane sugar… and of course lots of coconut!
