The hotel quality block of foie gras is a semi-cooked foie gras paste (100% foie gras). Its taste is milder and its texture softer.
Accompanied by a toast of toast, F.Kabbaj semi-cooked foie gras will reveal all its flavors when lightly sprinkled with ground pepper and fleur de sel from Guérande. It also goes very well with mango chutney or fig jam.
