Ingredients: Vegetable cream, Milk, Flour, Butter, Pecorino from Tuscany PDO (Sheep's milk
pasteurized, Salt, Rennet, Lactic ferments), Salt, Water, Black Pepper, Black Truffle (Tuber
melanosporum Vitt.) 3%, Brumale Truffle (Tuber Brumale Moschatum De Ferry) 2%, aromas.
Store in a dry and cool place.
After opening, store in the refrigerator at 0/+4° for up to 7 days.
Directions for use: This truffle Pecorino cream can be spread on crostini as an aperitif or used to cook pasta, rissoto or even for the preparation of sauces on beautiful white meats. A spoon of this sauce will magnify a veal cutlet.
