Exotic Red Curry Paste is an authentic Thai curry - is also gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Pairings (4 people): 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 2 tablespoons of exotic curry paste, 1x 400 ml of coconut milk (or cream), 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. Method: Heat a frying pan with oil and add the curry paste, stir until fragrant. Add the coconut milk/cream, stir and mix then reduce the heat to low. Add your choice of vegetables or meat, let
simmer about 3-5min. Add brown sugar and fish sauce. Cook until the meat is cooked for about 8 to 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve over rice or rice noodles
