Brief description:The black truffle is the most important among the black truffles, also known as the Norcia black truffle or the French Périgord truffle. Its fragrance and sweet taste distinguish it from other Black Truffles. It has a rough peridium (Scorza) of opaque black color and a pulp veined with white.
Ingredients:Cultivated Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), Sunflower Oil 11%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5%, Black Truffles 1.1%: Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Precious Black Truffle 0.1% ( Tuber Melanosporum Vitt), Black Olives, Salt, Aroma.
May contain traces of Tuber Brumale.
