The raw material is handled with precision and processed within 48 hours of collection by transferring the freshness directly into the jar. The maximum temperature experienced by this product is 97° for 5 minutes, for pasteurization. This treatment does not oxidize the tomato which maintains the color, consistency and flavor unaltered and long lasting
