Brief description: The White Truffle is the truffle par excellence, the most prized and known throughout the world for its characteristics: the intense fragrance that emanates and extremely delicate taste. Ocher yellow in colour, it has a smooth rind and a hazelnut-coloured pulp with fine white veins.
Ingredients: Cultivated Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), Boletus (Boletus Edulis and related group), Sunflower Oil 11%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5%, 1.1% White Truffles: 1% Bianchetto Truffle (Tuber Borchii or Albidum Pico), 0.1% White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), Salt, Aroma.
To use: for starters, first and second courses.
Preservation method: after opening, keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
