Description
Origin
An old-time cocktail classic, Blue Curaçao is known for its deep blue color, tangy orange flavor and tropical references.
Flavored with the dry peel of green oranges, descendants of Valencia oranges, from the West Indian island of Curaçao, this liqueur embodies this tropical island paradise with its beaches and coral reefs. Discovered by chance, the drink was originally marketed by a Spanish family from Curaçao in the 19th century.
The incredible deep blue of MONIN Blue Curaçao syrup evokes the sea that washes the beautiful beaches of Curaçao and adds an exotic touch to cocktails and sodas with its aromatic scent of orange peel and its bitter taste of candy.
