Pascual yoghurts are pasteurized by heat treatment and sealed without altering the taste. This technology allows the product to be stored unrefrigerated for up to seven months. Many Icelanders are familiar with the product from their summer vacations in European countries, but the company is the largest milk producer in Spain.
